Why do Claymores, and C4 disapear, yet land mines Stay put

We need Claymores to stay after death, along with C4.   Please put in patch notes, that DICE will be fixing the claymore's and C4 to stay after someone dies in the game. I would also like to thank ...

I agree with the claymores but not the c4.  Also we cant do that. We have no contact with actual dice or EA employees
