why doesn't my emblem save

For some reason, when I try to save my emblem on battlefield companion, it says it is unable to save, I do not know why it is doing this, I am just trying to show off my emblem when I go in game, if anyone knows, please help.

    Same issue, aside from the emblem saving issue i could not select any of my dog tags.
