Why has there been no servers for South Asia, a year from BF1 launch?

I have been playing BF1 ever since launch, my experience with it has been tainted by connection/lag issue for my 60% of my game time (500+ hours played).

The only server we can only play on is HK and JP, which usually has a ping of 70 to 150 ms. However, this (the ping) has been unstable most of the time and even changes while in a match.

I have been patient for so long but this is gone to far, I never had such issues in BF3, BF4 and BFH.

I, and many of us in South Asia, kindly are in need of an explanation, on why this is the way it is.
