why is Battlefield1 killing my internet?

Ok, I don't have the best Internet to begin with but that is just outrageous. I have played BF1 for many hours now (75 to be exact) over the passt 2 years and never encountered any serious proplems. Now I have this game breaking bug that just prevents me from playing the game at all. Whenevere i start the Game my Internet just dies I get 5000ms ping on discord and 4500ms ping on BF1 and can do nothing in my Internet or the game, this effect stays for arround 10 minutes after i close the game. Its just my Copy of BF1 (my brother who uses the same Internet doesn't get this proplem and i can't solve it. (Yes i have restarted the router and yes i have reinstalled the game and yes i have run anti-virus checks and yes i use a cable to connect, nothing seems to help)
