Why is my game not in my order history?

I purchased Battlefield 4 yesterday and am not enjoying it so I would like to request a refund, it has not yet been 24 hours since I bought the game and show it should qualify for a refund. However, the game is not in my order history. It IS in my library and I can play it but when I go to my order history it isn't there.

I really would like to get my money back for this game but time is running out for me to do so. Why is the game not in my order history and how long should Origin orders take to progress.

Hello

Try to logout and login again in Origin. Also, try to make refound via web version of Origin. If my advice won't help, please contact EA support:

1 )Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic and follow instructions. Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account. Other methods to contact EA support.
