Why would a BF3 premium member pre order BF4 digital deluxe edition on PC?

    Hi again,

    Yes, the Digital Deluxe version will only include bonus content as extra. What you get as extra, I can not answer on right now.

So I want to ask the question from the other angle.... If I buy premium do I need the base game?

Not if you buy BF3 Premium Edition. With PE you get base game+Premium. If you don't have base game then PE is for you!
