    Hello,

    Battlefield 4 have been a very long project. They didn't started to work on Battlefield 4 right after Battlefield 3's release.

    They only reveal games a few months before the actual release.

    I do not have exact details, but I would say that Battlefield 4 have been in development for 2-3 years. DICE started to develop Battlefield 3 after Battlefield 2, so I guess you can imagine the long process it takes

    Also, DICE have multiple teams on different projects. It is not like the 300+ employees are working with the exact same thing.
