Windows is not display !

Bonjour,

Hi,

Since about one week , while working perfectly, BF4  refuses to open the game window .

The problem is not easy to explain. Indeed, I launch Origin and BF 4 , the Chrome browser open, I select a server . A window opens windows in my bar , as usual , but when I click on the window to activate it, is nothing and no error message! The window is not displayed on the screen, and the browser tells me that I 'm playing ...

I tried different things , but it does not.

Ty to help me.

Guillaume.

@fougas44 Because i don't know what you tried already, we need to start with some basic workaround check:

    - If not done yet, please try to "Repair Install" via the Origin "My Games" libary by rightclicking the BF4 Icon.

    - Did you reinstalled BF4 before and installed the newest version of the Origin client?

    - Have you tried to install other versions of your driver or the beta built of the driver?

    - Make sure that you have the latest version of Direct X, Microsoft C++ red. and Microsoft .NET Framework running on your system.

    - Please disable the "Cloud Storage" function in Origin. Open your Origin client, click on “Show Game Details”. Then you go to the cloud button on MoH Warfighter and uncheck the “enable cloud storage for all games” box. Launch the game. If that helped, you can try to enable the cloud storage after a restart; it might work after with the cloud storage function. Make sure to use the localdata when the information box popping up.

    - Update your Network Integration Card (NIC):

    1. Start -> Computer -> System Properties -> Device Manager
    2. Locate your NIC card under Network Adapters
    3. Right-Click and Select "Update Driver Software.
    4. Walk through the prompts (typically "Next" -> "Install the sofware automatically" -> "Next")
    5. Reboot may be required after successful update.

    - Disable Windows Aero:

    1. Right-Click on your Desktop and select "Personalize".
    2. Scroll down and select "Windows 7 Basic".

Please let us know what workarounds you tried. If one of those steps helped you to solve your issue, let it our community know by accepting as a solution. If not, please reply and we can try to find possible other workarounds.

Hope we can see us on the battlefield soon!
