World Record on PC 3,9km headshot? Say what? Sniper nerf?

So apparently something's very fishy about this 4km headshot. I tried all sinper rifles and none of the bullets made it past 3,3km ~ approx. The bullet travels for exactly 5 seconds then disappears which is barely enough to reach 4km even with the JNG-90 rifle it isn't possible, which by the way has the highest muzzle velocity. So could anyone explain how it was done? Has there been a nerf that bullets only last 5 seconds? Otherwise this couldn't have been done by a sniper rifle that's 100% sure! It cannot be done with a sniper rifle, not even by luck, it's technically impossible. It can't have been EOD BOT either because it does not give distance even when it's a headshot. The RPG or any other rocket launcher seems totally impossible too, it does not even reach 4km.

Also, please don't say it was aimbot because EVEN with aimbot the bullet travel time is still 5 seconds and the bullet velocity is the same which means the bullet cannot reach the target on time when it's 4km away. These stats are totally server sided (bullet speed, trajectory, velocity, etc) and cannot be altered by any "hack" program.

So could anyone explain HOW on earth it was done? HOW? Just how? What weapon? Which map? Which part of the map? How?!

EDIT: I was thinking that this 4km headshot could have been made before some major sniper rifle tweaks. I mean, maybe, a year ago or half a year ago the sniper rifle's bullet travel time was higher which could have made it possible to reach 4km. But the thing is, that player who currently holds the world record did that 4km shot like a month or 1,5 months ago. So...what the hell, people?
    1. Gain horizontal momentum in the air like from flying in a plane and jumping out (or C4 jeep or whatever)
    2. Shoot away from the direction you are flying while in the air
    3. Bullet will now fly for 5 seconds
    4. When bullet hits you will be further away than when you fired the gun

Result: bullet distance (3.3km) + flying distance (0.6km) = total range of the shot (3.9km)

So you're saying that he got a headshot jumping out of jet at 3.3km distance and at moment of impact had 'jumped' another 600m??
