Xbox 1 - Multiplayer matchmaking failed unknown error occurred

Since Oct 28, I have not been able to connect to a BF1 multiplayer game.  Everytime after I login I get and click on quickmatch, server browser, or operations I get "matchmaking failed an unknown err...

I have yet to solve this problem. It's really annoying paying for a game and not being able to play it. I've emailed EA support but they just said they'll look at it. Very annoying. I've reinstalled, reset my Xbox, checked if I was banned, Reset my modem and nothing. Pls fix!
