I got the same problem. Really don't want to make another gamertag just to play online. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

- Anonymous9 years agoUpdate Nov 5, 8:40 am central talked to EA tech support yesterday using my case. He stated that my case is being worked on and there are others with same issue. He could not give me a time frame when the issue will be resolved. He said I would receive an email. Still waiting 7 days and counting.....

Update Nov 6th - still no word yet from EA. I figure with the weekend this will not go any where till Monday. I do have a unique case ID, but I can't call EA tech support by hitting the "resume" button under the case #. If I hit the "resume" button it will take my case out of the queue and I have to start over again. (Don't know how anybody would know that). Still waiting on email from EA. 8 days and counting....
- Anonymous9 years agoI got Lars from the EA Support Twitter account to look at my issue, but after some back and forth, he suggested I contact the tech support and open a help ticket. Obviously, there is no fix for this problem currently. I guess I'll have to keep playing using my wife's gamer tag. Really annoying.

MitchWeaver that is the exact same screen I am gettig as well. Hopefully it is fixed in the coming days
