9 years agoI am thinking of going into my EA account and un-linking my account and gamertag. Then re-linking them again. Has anyone tried this yet?
The issue is obviously the way our gamer tags are associated with our EA accounts specifically for BF 1. I can play BF 4, SW Battlefront, and BF Hardline all just fine with my regular gamertag.

Sorry, everyone. No dice.
I went into my EA account page and clicked "revoke access" for my gamertag link on the xbox one. Then I went to my xbox to login and play. As expected, BF 1 prompted me that my account was unlinked, so I clicked "relink" hoping that somehow refreshing the link between my gamertag and my EA account would fix the issue.
Sadly, it still did not work. I tried matchmaking and got the same old message again.
The wait for DICE and EA to fix the problem continues..........
