10 queue but nobody can join the server.

Hello, 

Once again BF1 is going through the problem time with a EAC update making the game stutter but now we have a arguably bigger issue. I own 1 of the servers and many people who own servers have been telling me of something that happened roughly 4-5pm today. 

attached are images so a quick explination.
1st image is when i click server info 
2nd image is when i am about to join as you can see the "provided by [VG] IdoNORTlikeyou has been removed.

So as a result we can no longer ban or kick rulebreakers as my server admin has been removed (despite the fact it is my server)
the banlist itself is also somehow been forgotten so banned players are coming in and spouting their racist bile and there is literally nothing we can do about it. 

A few other servers have also stated that they are 64/64 with 9 in queue continously when it has been checked via spectate the server has been completly empty. 

Please fix this as we pay good money for these servers.

Agreed. Come on EA, have some respect for the communities that uphold you and keep your games alive for you.

This needs a fix ASAP. As OP said, people don't pay your servers for this type of "service"
But ehh. These are the same people that killed Anthem recently. What do I even expect.

I own a server, and even though it's empty, it appears full with 10 queues

problems that don't get fixed with each update and are getting worse

As a server admin myself, it became impossible to use the server admin tools (which, surprise surprise: they're required for kicking out rulebreakers and such)

And that's not even to mention the performance drawbacks from the continuous EAC updates - of which many people (including me) have been complaining about since November 2024.

Have some respect for the community at least once EA.

i've been waiting for the updating exchange section for half a year(for getting the exclusive skins for weapons), and i started losing hope for updates on this section, but now the biggest issue is joining to the favourite servers. Please, fix it
