Xbox 360 battlefield 4 will not load multiplayer

Xbox360 Battlefield 4 will not play multiplayer game. It just freezes on the rain scene.

I have deleted the game/cache and reloaded trying various methods but it still does not work. I have well over a hundred GB of memory left on hard drive.

I have been in touch with EA but no joy and with Game (who I bought it from).

This is very disappointing as it was a Christmas present. All other online play works ok.

Poor showing from EA.

Other than give up on this game anyone else got any tips on getting it to work?

EA if you cannot make this work I suggest a public apology and a full refund plus a gift for all those that have wasted many hours trying to get this to work.
