Hello, I am also having issues...I downloaded the bfbc2 free game...which came with 14mb upgrade...I purchased 5 game add-ons:  bf2 vip, bfbc2 vietnam, specact assault upgrade, assault kit shortcut pack and recon kit shortcut pack....I was able to access multiplay a few tims...not able to see vietnam and I can't use any of the addons....
