(Xbox 360) In-Game Issue - Spawning Without Weapon

Today when I played on my xbox360 I was being killed by my opponent when I spawned without any weapon in hand. I don't understand why I should spawn if my soldier has not loaded yet. Because it seems...

Happens to me also.All of it. Sometimes i see my weapon, but no hands!!!! freaky...

That sight glitch was driving me crazy but now it's been a while since i got that glicth.

Im using now the coyote [RDS].
