- If you want to link your Xbox Gamertag to your EA Account you should use the same email address for Xbox and EA. More information here https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/account/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/
- Sorry but it's impossible to transfer your progress between Accounts.
I recommend to contact EA support and recover access to your old Account and since your Account was hacked perhaps support can help you to remove the ban from your Account
