Try delte all data of games and re downloading everything. if that doesnt work then i would check for scratches on disk and see if single player worked. if it does then there may be a problem with the game and try to download the latest update for it.

thanks, but I've tried all these steps. I've even formatted my hard drive. I've also tried another copy of the game.
All my other games work fine.
