Xbox Disc is Unreadable

Hello awesomedev, have you already tried to reinstall your Battlefield 3 or atleast the multiplayer patches?

Yes I have reinstalled the game and reinstalled the patches and still have the same problem

If you have installed the multiplayer disc onto your HDD, remove the game install and play from the disc itself, this should clear you of that issue.  No need to re-download the patches.

I tried this as well but it still has the same problem

If that does not work, try wiping the disc with a soft cloth in a counter-clockwise motion gently.

If all the steps above fail, you can either contact me on here as a private message or you can contact Xbox Support. As this is more likely a Xbox Error or Disc Error and I dont think it has to do with Battlefield. Keep me posted and I'll try to help you out!

Hi, when multiplayer update 3 occurred last I started getting disc unreadable errors from a disc that was 100% unmarked and also installed to my Xbox.... That same day I had purchased premium and when the maps came out, I could not play because of this error... I deleted everything associated with bf3 and re installed aswell as trying to run the game straight from disc and eventually reinstalling... Every day I tried and failed so I stopped trying.... About a week after that I got on randomly and it has been working fine again out of no where...... Well... Update 4 has not only brought back the disc unreadable error for me but also A renewal in frustration with ea... I have had no support and nothing but the suggestions I've already done...not humor one tech guy who said it was my disc, I bought a new one and guess what sir.... It's still giving me the exact same problem!!!! As a premium member I would really like to enjoy the new maps rightnow but yet again I am nplayable to do anything!!!!! Someone please give me a better answer than what I have been given thus far!!!!

I have a fealing your xbox's disk drive is failing. Try using other disks and games and see if you get the same error. I've had this problem with another game and found out that it was the disk drive. Like I said in the post.... Its not the first time it's happened and I said screw it and bought a brand new game.... Sameproblem occursworth a freshly out of package game..... Cleaning it is not the problem.... And I have tried every other game in the system and made it through several rounds of each.....bits only this single game that does it to me and it happened last patch too.....

GETTING REALLY OLD; And someone responsible is not SPEAKING Up!!!!!
