Xbox Enforcer Syndicate

I have the issue where I have all the Pre-Requirements Ticked for Enforcer Syndicate but the Assignment is still Locked :/ Can anyone help?

    Enforcer UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT not complet!

    Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards.
