Xbox freezing and points lost
well sometimes there can be bugs in servers so nothing you can to just you need to live with that....happens to me as well.....

I know that I was playing well this game....as I recall around 40 kills and 25 deaths....not exact but in the area. I had several ribbons and none of this registered.
Any way to fix this on your end?
OP unfortunately there is no remedy for this. Two patches ago Gulf of Oman used to do this all of the time, fortunately it is a rarity now but I do understand how frustrating it is to have a great game only to have a lot of points and ribbons lost.
Also this is a forum of volunteers so nobody here has access to any of EA's systems. You can try to see what EA can do here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us but I doubt they can do much.
