Xbox one - squad join

I just recently got bf4, 4 years have passed since some of your other posts had this same issue. I can't see my friends squads that they make, and they can't see the ones I make.  Only way is to joi...

Can I get EA to respond, I've tried all of the troubleshooting.  Only thing I haven't tried is to reinstall the game.

    @DarthTrunkMonkey Just reinstalled, didn't fix the squad join.

    It's kind of upsetting that chat support is open for a small amount of time.

      Hey there @DarthTrunkMonkey  have you tried to power cycle the console? 

      How to power cycle:

      1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
      2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
        Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
      3. Plug the console power cable back in.
      4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

        I've tried everything in the book even reinstalling the game.

        My friend believes it's a setting inside the game or Xbox that needs to be changed for this to get fixed.

        Any ideas?
