Try doing a full reset to clear the cache.
1. While the console is on, HOLD the Xbox Button on the front of the console for 10 SEC
2. After it fully powers down, unplug it from the wall for 60 SEC
3. Plug it back in and then hit the Xbox Button on the front of the console again
I still have this issue on Xbox Series X.
It will load especially Quick Matches with empty maps without issues and also other full maps between but every 1-3rd try I got stuck on the loading screen.
Clearing the cache, etc. I dont think will fix this issue as I can without issues close the game, load it again and jump into another match without issues. Then I finish this and maybe another match but the 3rd one gets stuck again in the loading screen. It can also happen when Im at the same server and it loads another map.
Im on Xbox Game Pass but bought the game a long time ago before. Im not sure but I feel like either the issue started since GamePass but also didnt play the game for long or since the Xbox Series X. With Xbox One (X) I rarely had such issue.
