(xbox one) Battlefield 4 premium not appearing on battlelog.

I bought battlefield 4 premium edition 2/1/2015 and decided after having premium unlocked i would go on battlelog. Then as i clicked on premium i said i had not purchased it, please help i would like to go on to battlelog with what i have already paid.

If you could help that would be appreciated.

    Edit ... For you igoramos are you sure you bought premium as yes I see some premium maps but not all and buying each map on it's own will not make you premium. The only way to get premium is to buy it  as buying each map on it's own will not do it sorry if this is the case. :womanfrustrated:

    IMPORTANT
    You must have purchased Premium directly on the account itself, and not on an alternate account on your console/PC. This is regardless of whether or not the accounts belong to you, a family member, or friends, only the account that was logged in and that actually completed the purchase is eligible to receive the Premium membership.

    If you do fit the above then please see below for instructions on how to proceed, depending on your platform.

    Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 & PC
    First off, please understand that it can take some time for your Premium status to be reflected on Battlelog itself, by this we do mean that it may even take a few days to show up. So if you have only made the purchase a short time ago please do take that into consideration. To reduce any possibility of a delay make sure that you download and install all files, especially the Premium file itself, console users should also complete a full power cycle after doing so.

    Also please play one round as this has been known to push through and sync the status on the backend servers.

    Xbox One - Premium Edition
    Doing the above should resolve the issue for the majority, the only exception that we have confirmed at this time are some individuals who have purchased the Premium Edition on Xbox One. In order for that matter to be resolved it does require action on our part and so you will need to contact a EA Game Adviser. 

     So if this does not fix it for you then....

    For help with this please contact EA/Origin support for assistance, It does not look like we will be able to help you with it here on Answer HQ.

    Some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome, or install the Chrome Frame addon.**




    Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/







    Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.







    On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.







    If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.







    Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.







    You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.
