Xbox One BF4 crashes to the dashboard during multiplayer gameplay

I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4. While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of game...

Not one single server online right now, awesome!

When I do get on a server I'm either kicked back the home screen during the game or when the game has finished, meaning I have to find another server to join.
If I try and join a server where there are 32/64 players for example I get a message saying "No commander slots available" or words to that affect, I'm not bothered about commander slots I'd like one of the other available 32 slots please!

Is this game even finished????
