Xbox One BF4 crashes to the dashboard during multiplayer gameplay

I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4.  While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game.  This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of game...

Woow thank god it's not just me .... I think out of 5 games I get dashboarded about 4 times..... This is crazy givin the amount of money and hard work I've put in to get this littel slice of heaven ..... Please fix this ASAP ...

    We don't need a fix asap, we need it NOW, because we PAID ALREADY!
