Xbox One BF4 crashes to the dashboard during multiplayer gameplay

I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4.  While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game.  This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of game...

On XBone I loose connection to the servers, crash to the dashboard, etc. several times a night.  This on top of not being able to party up with friends befor joining a match is making it realy hard to sta in the same games with them.
