Xbox One BF4 crashes to the dashboard during multiplayer gameplay

I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4.  While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game.  This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of game...

The game still is in beta by the looks of things. Being dashboarded and the audio issues (which also happened in BF3), one has to wonder what quality control is like. When the game works, it's amazeballs, but when it doesn't,  when it takes you away from the high... I think this will be the last battlefield game I get. Might stick with the yearly updates to COD.

I don't understand why we still haven't heard anything about this issue, but this is absurd. You cannot play the game in its current state, you get kicked to the dashboard within 3 to 5 minutes every time.


I returned my copy this morning and swapped it for COD Ghosts, and as a best buy employee, I tell every single person who picks up BF4 to put it back down as its completely unplayable and the devs do not care or have any plans to fix it. It is an obvious, obvious rush job, the whole team should be fired for ruining a great franchise.

    I have pretty much the same problem.

    Xbox One version of BF4 crashes all the time. I've tried to play 20 games today and I could only finish 3 of them. All the other time I was thrown back to the dashboard. It's really frustrating collecting all the points and losing them all the time. 

    I do regret that I've paid for Premium, because currently I have no benefit of it, but only troubles.

    I really hope that this can be fixed soon because afair it's not effecting to everyone; my brother for instance can play without problems.
