Don't feel like reading through all the previous posts but if this hasn't been mentioned previously... It seems the issue isn't Battlefield 4, it's an issue with the Xbox One itself. When the Xbox One goes into "Power Saving" mode (by turning it off by the controller, tapping the power button, or saying Xbox Turn Off) it doesn't clear RAM. To resolve this issue temporarily, hold the Xbox power button for about 5 seconds until it powers down. That will clear the RAM and hopefully (and unfortunately only temporarily) fix your problem until Microsoft release a patch to resolve it.
