Xbox One BF4 crashes to the dashboard during multiplayer gameplay

I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4.  While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game.  This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of game...

I randomly crash to the dashboard as well. I am so glad I chose this over Ghosts ...

Off to go complain on any forums where potential customers might care, as clearly EA doesn't give a ... turd ...

It should be noted that it is not just Xbox One, but PS4 users are also having similar issues.

    This sucks so much, its destroying what would be a great game. I'm premium but haven't managed to finish a game for two days, crashes every time! They could put 4 x XP on but what the hell does it matter if the game is broken
