unfortunately i have already tried power cycling both xbox and router an i am unable to connect my xbox to my router with a cable due to them being in different rooms and my isp has not changed to my knowledge but all my other games work perfectly i have looked through the forms and seen others have had the same problem so surley its not on my side but i will accept any more advice to sort it out if it is as i really want to play it without trouble.
relating to my previous message my isp has not changed is still virgin media and its always been wireless
