Xbox One: Doesn't EA/Dice care about their customers?
Okay. I accept that when a new game has been released their might be issues. But seriously: moste of the time I can't even connect to server. For example, I choose "Quick match", "Conquest" nothing happens, then a message pops up that says "Error: You have lost the connection to the session." Doesn't matter what game type I choose.
If I choose a server in "Server browser", once again, nothing happens for 15 seconds, then a message pops up that says: "Error: Failed to join the game. Please check your network connection and try again."
My NAT is Open. Other games work fine! I only have issues with BF4.
I am close to calling this FRAUD. And EA should be sued collectively by all of us for not caring about this. I mean, there problem has obviosly been there for the past month... and nothing is done. Nothing. Not a word.
I also play on my PS4 and it works fine (most of the time - not alwats), but on Xbox One, I can almost never play. Once I get into a server, I stay there, but I wish I could change game modes, change server when friends log in, but I don't dare to, because I have no idea if I can access the server.
