(Xbox One) "Failed To Connect To EA Online"
Since 01/17/2017 i have not been able to connect to EA servers on any battlefield game. Every other online games work fine, I talked to EA support they tried saying it was my internet, so i talked to my internet adviser they said everything was fine on their end so i talked to Xbox support they also said everything looks fine on their end. Here is a list of troubleshooting options i have done.
1. cleared cache on Xbox by powering it off completely
2. formatted my Xbox one
3. deleted my profile then re added it.
4. reset my router
5. opened the requested ports
6. i have my Xbox connected to my router with an Ethernet cord
7. uninstalled and then reinstalled
8.cleared MAC address
9. cleared persistent storage ( didnt know if that would help or anything)
i have also disabled my firewall to see if that would help and it didnt. So i have no clue on what else to do.
I tried Everything there possibly is. Any other suggestions?
If you couldnt sign in to any EA webpage and couldnt play any EA game online, it might be your Router/modem that blocked traffic to EA,thats what happened with me, I talked to my internet company (Comcast) and i had them replace my router and i am now able to reconnect to EA.
