Hey @vandebuurt98
Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried checking the physical disk itself, to see if there's any scuff marks or scratches?
I would recommend cleaning it off, if you haven't done so already. It could be an error trying to read the disk itself.

It could be a technical issue with your Xbox, if it's happening with other games as well.
Is the Roblox game you tried to download a physical copy, or digitally from the Store?

- 6 years ago@iluminatethesky It's a digital free copy from the store, that's the annoying part. If it was obvious that it was something with the disk reader then I could simply get it replaced, right now it's looking like a major software isue (is what the support guy said but he really wasnt sure) and sending it for repairs to microsoft for that costs roughly 200 euros.

That's a lot of money for something like that to get repaired/replaced.
Unfortunately it looks like you've tried absolutely everything to try to resolve this, and nothing has worked.
I tried doing some research as well, and found this: https://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/common-xbox-one-problems-and-how-to-fix-them/
I'm not sure what other recommendations to make at this point, I apologize.
