I checked the disk and it was fine, wiped it off with a microfiber cloth but it was still installing the game. Disk was done installing and network 27/32 GB.
Do you know any other ideas, and is it possible that it is account-linked?

@vandebuurt98 As a general FYI, it's best not to use a microfiber cloth as the plastics in them can damage the disc. A chamois cloth, or a cloth specifically for cleaning glass will be fine though.
