I would recommend going through Microsoft themselves.
Just let them know that any game you download/install, instantly crashes to the home screen when you try to launch them when the download finishes.
The only other thing I can think of, is possibly getting an external drive, and seeing if you can install there and see if you have the same issue.

@iluminatethesky Don't have one extra laying around, can I try it with a 128 GB usb drive or do I have to get 1 out of my pc?
@ElliotLH I used a cloth that you get in the case when you buy good sunglasses

- ElliotLH6 years agoHero+@vandebuurt98 That'll be fine dude, they're perfect for it. I know it was a random post on my part lol - I used to be a manager for a manufacturer of cleaning tools so it just popped in to my head.
Actually I think I had a similar problem to you but in reverse, as my SSD stopped loading BF1, and would just show the loading background. I installed the game on the internal drive and formatted my SSD, then moved BF1 back over and it worked. Trying a USB hard drive, like you've been talking about with iluminatethesky, might work out. - 6 years ago@ElliotLH I'll try it tomorrow, was in a chat with a tech expert from xbox support and he agreed that I should try this. Some other guy from support thought it was probably bad sections on my hard drive, oh yeah and little side note: every microsoft repair after warranty is 194 euros lol
Have any of you tried doing this before? https://github.com/JW0914/Wikis/blob/master/XboxOne/Xbox%20One%20HDD%20Replacement.pdf or always by moving games from the console to external drive?
And if its a hard drive error, any third party can fix this right? - ElliotLH6 years agoHero+@vandebuurt98 That's good to hear so hopefully that works for you.
I've had two Xbox consoles break on me (one OG and an S), but those were disc drive faults. I've haven't gone through those steps unfortunately so have only experienced moving games about and formatting my own external SSD using the Xbox when I had a problem. I think a third party could fix it potentially though and it probably would be cheaper than having Microsoft fix it.
