Xbox One S bf1 special edition frames dropping in intense moments

 opened ports. restarted router. made it wired. Please do not blame it on packet loss or bad connection (500 mb Download and upload speed with 0% packet loss). Power cycled console. Factory reset Console. Hard reset console. So I have done all of this and yet there is no improvement. I was on the verge of breaking my xbox but realized it only happened in Battlefield games. I have seen Xbox One (original not S) has better framerate but the S cannot keep up. So what is causing this issue? Is it because Dice is too lazy to upscale this game to 1080p and optimize their game or is it Microsofts worthless console which I just spent $400 on. Sadly I could have bought a PC for $400 and it would still run better.

    Hello!


    I am sorry to hear about your issue and in your case I'd recommend to look into firstly verifying your game files.
    If you have warranty for it and/or are still under the manufactures warranty, you may want to look into contacting them as you may have a problem with your system's hardware.
    Also, console's tend to have issues sometimes that can result in lower frame drops, however if they are very severe than it could be an issue with the copy of your game and/or your system's hardware.

    Hello @ismiboy 

    I am really sorry for those issues in Battlefield 1. Can you check, if the same frames drop happening in both single and multiplayer parts on the game? Have you tried to contact Xbox Support on this issue? Keep us updated.

    No. Multiplayer runs on 60 frames. Yes i did contact support and they said it was my packet loss. I then moved my console near my router and yet there is no difference in the frames
