XBOX ONE transferring my bf4 profile from xbix 360 to xbox one

I recently bought bf4 on the xbox one and i want to transfer my profile from my xbox 360, ive read that you get a one time only promt to do so but i never got it, is ther any other way to transfer my account? I reallt dont want to start all over again..

    Sorry but that option is a one time thing, and what that option does is, it's asking if you want to retrieve your progress, so, it's basically asking to download saved data from your old console... But when you say no or on this you're not granted with the option the data has already been eliminated... Again, very sorry.

    Known glitch thats been happening last couple of days. EA is aware but no solution yet
