Yes I am missing Paul Kee and Otto Dix. Only two skins I need. How do you know those will never show from dropped battlepacks? I believe you as it does seem several legendary skins only came from exchange. Thanks!
@StrikerBait Hi, here's a complete overview of legendary skins including information about whether they drop from battlepacks or not. Clearly the Otto Dix and Paul Klee are exchange-exclusive (it's the same style of skins as e.g. Pozzuolo and Monte Ortigara for Perino or Cobadin and Monastir for Mosin, which are also exchange-only).
