Community ManagerClearing the MAC Address on your Xbox shouldn't make any changes to the port configurations you made in your router panel. Are you able to connect?
I can connect. And it's weird because sometimes it seems the port forwarding has helped with the lag a little bit, but then yesterday I was still losing connection to EA servers 2-3 time an hour. And I actually was on a 16 hour binge with a buddy who hasn't been on in awhile lol so it was pretty annoying being in the middle of the game and suddenly it just goes black and says I've lost connection. And a lot of the time I can't just hit "X' like it prompts me too and reconnect either. I usually have to restart the Xbox itself. It's a real pain!
Yeah, I'm still constantly losing connection to EA servers. Its past ridiculous how often it happens. It can be 2-3 times an hour or 2-3 times in 15 minutes depending on if I have to restart my Xbox or not.

Hey buddy are you still receiving the issue? I seem to be having the same problem on and off. We have been in lockdown this time, so I thought maybe it's because the EA Servers are in heavy use. But Idk when it first started it was mentioning my disk as well, because when it cut out its messed up with my disk while it was okay playing and scratched up the first one. It really F annoying as I'm having the same issue with my new disk. This time I downloaded the game into the harddrive so the disk only has to be read to Identify I own the game, and to save it from getting scratched again. Our interent is pretty good other when our Amazon fire stick is in downstairs. But at the prime Time I should be pkating at, that's not on and I can't play. Sometimes it works at night but it's messed up my sleep pattern for work and I have to get their for 6:00am. Not the earliest shift but still it means I should get some sleep earlier then staying up so I can just get 1 game in.
