YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS

The subject says it all... This is infuriating. I cannot go more that 5-10 minutes in a game without being disconnected from the lobby and taken to the main menu with the same message over and over again - "YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS." I'm trying to play on Xbox One, is this just a console thing or what??

Why are EA servers SO BAD!

  • Hey @Kain067 If VPN works, then 9 out of 10 times its something to do with your ISP causing problems on your network. A VPN would bypass any restrictions that ISP would have on your network,

There is not much left I can suggest then that you talk to your ISP. :/

To really prove that is your ISP causing problems try another ISP, try with 4G network and the last thing is to try with another router.

Hey @Kain067 Thanks for the UO-tracer, on the Uo-tracer I can't see to much as most of is it  unknown host.  Interesting part is that on step 7 and 8 is that you routed to Singapore but also got 260 ping there.  Try factory reset the router as its no showing up on the uotracer.

hi I have the same problem on xbox 1s. was told to do UO trace but I have no computer so I was stuck at that troubleshooting step for a while. then I found out that I can do it on my phone by logging into my router settings and going over to troubleshoot. tried to give results to someone from EA (only reason I can't say who it was is because I kept getting passed from one person to another) but they didn't want to look at it saying that there's absolutely no way to run a UO trace from my cell phone. I eventually got someone else from EA to look at it (I think he was just trying to get me to shut up) and he said nearly the same thing I'm just not too sure which step he said it was but he did say that I was being routed to Singapore. I live in texas, usa. and to top it off i was told to tell my ISP (at&t) what EA had told me to tell them about being routed through Singapore and that they would know what to do. at&t had absolutely no idea what the heck I was talking about and said that they were going to have to transfer me to a "professional" to "look" into it. I was told the same thing when I called and asked them to enable UPnP. I'm about to lose my mind

  • I'm on a ps4 pro, but I am having a similarsituation, it will randomly cut me from the server even if the connection is fine, it cut me at the begining and the end of amission, I got the xp, but I lost all my earned equipment
  • Yes I have the same problem I can't connect either I keep saying ea server is busy at this time try again later

I am also experiencing this issue. Apologies for bumping a thread started in 2017 but I'm still scouring google and reddit and other sites to fix this. I ran everything in my thread + ran SFC, turned off firewall items such as SIP ALG and even tried full DMZ mode, exposing my desktop pc to the internet with no firewall. I still had the issue happen.

I'm starting to wonder if it's an issue with EA and ATT ISP customers.. I might try playing with VPN on and see how that goes....

I have Ps4 disc of BF1 installing in my PS 5 it installs the game then in game it says installing multi-player at 99 percent installed it fails. I've tried a hundred things it's not me it's EA. How do I get them to fix this?

All other Battlefield games 4 V 2042 work fine.
