you have lost connection to the session

"You have lost connection to the session" I Downloaded BF 4 and its been 4 days that i Have not been able to play Any Match

I dont know why i have tried a VPN new Install, opening the game on Origin and on EA desktop and the same thing happens, also my name apears as

E9B35909EA70C9B1B09114802E72BC53 wich didnt always happen is there a problem with my accnt?

no server works for me, doesnt mater if is full or empty high pin or low pin always get the same message

    Have you tried deleting Origin and wiping all Origin and BF4 files from your computer? If not, try that and reinstall Origin and BF4.
