Is there anyone with a valid solution ????
I tried most suggestions this worked for me temporarily
"Program Files (x86)"
"origin"
"origin EXE" right click - properties "run as administrator"
"Program Files (x86)"
"origin" ( might be different name)
"Battlefield EXE" right click - properties "run as administrator"
still looking for permanent solution
