You've lost connection to EA Servers Xbox 360
Hello,
So last weekend my brother and I downloaded the Battlefield: Hardline Beta. Using the internet connection in the same house. All went well, however when he tries to connect it claims he has lost connection to the EA servers, and he is unable to play. I can connect just fine though, no issues, and play.
Today, we went to Gamestop and both got Battlefield 4. After waiting forever for the downloads to finish in order to play the game, we try to get into the multiplayer version of the game, and keep getting the error message that we have lost connection to the EA servers.
Before you assume, the Router has been reset, although we have had no problems playing Titanfall, or Call Of Duty. The NAT is open, no restrictions or moderate. His Xbox 360 is connected via Ethernet to the router, my Xbox 360 is connected wirelessly. The router is a Linksys/Cisco.
I have done some research on this issue, and it seems that if any maintenance is being done on the servers that you will get this message. I fail to believe you have been doing maintenance on the servers all day, since other people on my friend's list has been playing this game.
So what is the deal? And how come for the Hardline Beta I can play but my brother can't?
Thanks in advance for your insightful replies,
