You've lost connection to EA Servers Xbox 360

Anyone able to help me out here??? Would really like to play with my Brother since we spent money buying the game and all.....

Sometimes when you have multiple devices--such as consoles, computers, tablets, and phones--all simultaneously on the same network, especially when trying to connect to a single game server, there's a chance that one or more players will be disconnected from the server.

This is likely due to your NAT settings preventing the server's signal  from reaching all the devices on the network. 

This can usually be solved by activating UPnP on your router, as well as making sure that all devices on the network both have UPnP support, and that it is set to active.

To ensure that your connections will be stable:

• Log into your router and enable UPnP on the router.
  • If your router does not support UPnP, you likely need to contact your router provider for information on updating your firmware for UPnP compatibility.
• Enable UPnP on any devices that are on your network and direct signals, instructions on which can likely be found through your device's manufacturer or help system, as well as in Windows
  • Note, consoles should accept UPnP automatically
• Once UPnP has been enabled on your devices and computers, restart all of your device, consoles, and products.

Once you've ensure UPnP is activated on your devices, multiple consoles and/or PCs on the same local network should now be able to all simultaneously connect.

All of this has already been done. Still getting the same message. 

Titanfall is an EA game and this doesn't happen. It is just Battlefield 4 and the Hardline Beta.

Any other suggestions?

the only thing I can recommend is to make sure that no corrupt data is causing your issue. try to clear your cache:

1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2) Select System Settings.
3) Select Storage.
4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6) Reboot your console.
7) Re-download the updates for the game.

Disable Port Forwarding and DMZ (if any is set).

Enable uPnP.

Disable or allow the Xbox ports through the router's firewall (if it has one).

Setting up the router to have Static IPs for each Xbox's MAC is a useful thing to do even if it doesn't help the situtation. *Don't do this from the Xboxes, do it from the router via the Xbox's MAC

Power cycle the router and Xboxs, leave it unplugged for a few minutes.

All routers are so different in their firmwares... Try either checking or unchecking "NAT redirection" if you see it. Any type of security settings, try toggling them off if they are on.

Look for "Port Range TRIGGERING" use that instead of Forwarding.
Try using Port Range Triggering settings if uPnP refuses to work. (might even need to disable uPnP? *unlikely but weirder things have happened I guess. )

I read somewhere that Xbox while in sleep mode (fast boot) doesn't request some of the needed ports to be opened when it's resumed.  That could be causing uPnP issues?

Not all routers have settings like I descriped I doubt.  You may be able to load custom firmware on the router... but READ and REREAD the instructions before you attempt something like that.

Custom Firmware (like DDWRT or Tomato) would likely fix uPnP issues... making this whole thing a heck a lot easier.

I was having the same issue. I change my modem and it work fine!

Did you change your modem or router? I am having issues.
