El PUNK BUSTER me echa de cada partida de ambos juegos, la verdad, no tengo ni idea porqué. Me gustaría creer que me baneron porque creyeron que soy hack, aunque claro, si miraran mis estadísticas creo que pensarían totalmente lo contrario, he comprado un juego, y no es justo que no pueda jugar al online porque me echa de todos los servidores, por favor, espero una pronta respuesta de porqué esto sucede.

Aparte, existen unas ip adress exclusions....que no puedo hacer nada pues no conozco la ip a la que se comunica el PB...

Ve a los Servicios de Windows y asegúrate de que están iniciados, si lo están prueba reiniciarlos y abre el Setup de Punkbuster "el mismo que usas para instalarlo y actualizarlo" y haces clic en TEST para verificar que estén funcionando correctamente los servicios.
Para ir a los servicios de windows: Inicio - Ejecutar y escribes: services.msc

Actualiza el Punkbuster y pon una excepción en el firewall para que se conecte a internet sin problemas. Estos errores normalmente se solucionan actualizando.
