Ban?!?

Unfortunately, I used to play since I bought all the games in the franchise, but after Battlefield V I switched franchises. However, as soon as BTF 6 came out, I bought it right away and got Battlefield 2042 to unlock skins. I think what they did was unfair because I was banned for hacking, and that's impossible. I was humiliated without having done anything. I asked for proof, and they didn't want to provide it. I told them which maps I played and which custom servers I played on. I have never used any kind of programs or anything like that in all my years of playing that could give me an advantage. I was poorly attended and very badly disrespected by someone who I have always respected in the franchise.
