100% CPU Usage

Hi i just got BFV and getting 100% usage it does not matter what graphic setting or screen res its 95 -100% and stutters. 

Only happens in BFV in SP & MP

No overclocks all stock

Lowered Graphic & screen res

DX12 & Dx11

Disabled HT

Locked frames from to 60 

Tried FFR on/of

Tried user.cfg 

Dont matter what i change 95%-100% all the time.
