BF 5... something always went wrong

For a few days now, every time I launch the EA app, the screenshot appears.

 

I restart the app and it lets me log in but then during the game when I select a friend's profile etc... the same screen appears.

 

I also tried to repair the game but it doesn't fix it. I think it's a problem/bug on the EA side
