2024 bfv can't unlock weapons

I know it was "fixed" a few years ago but it's still glitched in 2024, Ive got lvl 13 for the assault class and left to the main menu but since i haven't completed that match, I can't get the stg-44 since it's "available next round" but it's not

    As was pointed out by @ElliotLH above, if the FAQ suggestions didn't help then you'll need to get in touch with Support directly as we can't help with missing unlocks here on the forum.

    I've sent an email with the same text as the one I did here, I really hope I'll get the stg and hopefully I'll never get this bug for other unlock
