Hi,

1: - Try to download the last system update.

2: - Try to download the last update of the game.

3: - You can try to remove the game and after, you download it.

    So I went ahead and played through the other Single Player Story Missions to completion, returned to the Under No Flag mission -- and am now able to complete the cutscene (which is apparently the end of this mission).  This allowed me to unlock the achievements for completing the story.

      @BlauMitWeiss I have the same problem. I had tried playing on 720p and reinstalling the game but nothing worked. Was driving me mad and I was reluctant to play on so thanks for updating. I’ll hope for the same outcome once I finish the others.
